Products & Orders
Every item is made especially for you once your order is placed.
As each product is custom made, slight variations in colour, print placement and appearance may occur due to differences in printing processes and screen displays. These variations are normal and are not considered faults.
All production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on demand and our print studios.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product availability issues. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be provided.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods available at checkout.
Prices may change from time to time; however, the price you pay will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email where available.
While we'll always do our best to help if any shipping issues arise, we can't accept responsibility for delays or delivery issues that are outside our control.

Returns and refunds
As every item is custom made to order, we don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or colour preference.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, we'll happily make things right in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, logos, graphics and content on this website are the intellectual property of Willow Dreams Art unless otherwise stated.
Willow's artwork is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or use any part of our artwork or website content without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer any copyright, licensing or reproduction rights relating to the artwork.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or the experience of other visitors.
